Kryptonite

Dora and Kitty
There are some things in life that seem to make it harder to NOT procrastinate. My kryptonite: Dora and Kitty. I have two of the most cuddle-buggy (yes, I think that is an acceptable phrase) animals and when they curl up next to you, it takes twice as much effort to get motivated to do... well anything beside curl up with them.
However, I was proud of myself yesterday. I managed to have a decently productive day. Not only did I finish typing my paper (granted it was due ant 9PM and I submitted it at 8:58PM. Still counts.) But I also did laundry, ran for my upcoming 5k, and got a little further in reading The Hunger Games, which I am hoping to finish by this weekend. Yes, I do realize I have been saying that for the last 2 weeks, but THIS is the weekend for sure! :)
Side note: Sometimes procrastination pays off. I have been too lazy to put away my winter clothes now that it is Spring and the weather here has been gorgeous, and today, I was glad about it. It was snowing when I woke up and I was extra grateful for warm fuzzy socks, mittens and a winter coat! Okay, I have been putting off actual work to write up this post, as well as look up pictures to post on the F:drive. There is nothing I enjoy more than putting off work, but this blog wont pay my bills, so back I go.

  1. First. . .you switch your clothes out? I did that when I was like 5! I remember emptying the drawers and then seeing if any summer clothes from last year still fit. Ha!

Second. . .I totally agree with cuddle-buggy animals! When Maggie and Cooper are so cuddly in the morning, I don't want to go to work!

Third. . .are you still on the first book? The third movie will be out by the time you finish!

    Fourth. . .Semen.

  2. Of course I switch my clothes out, How else would I have room for all of my new summer clothes?! And by the way I have been eating lately, I am pretty sure that none of my clothes will fit me next WEEK, let alone in a year! (and not in a good way lol)
When I went to get up this morning Dora put her head on my arm... I just looked at her and said Okay, 5 more minutes haha
Yes, I'm still on the first book, I'm busy...doing.. things.
    Fourth, TMI!! lol
